If you are interested in coaching for NFL FLAG @ The Rock this season, we're offering all Head Coaches a coach shirt and game ball for the team this season.

If you are selected to coach, you will automatically be selected to coach your own child’s team. If you have more than one child playing, please specify which one you will assume the role of Head Coach. If you choose to coach more than one team, every effort is made to schedule your practices and games in succession, without overlap. 

The following league obligations MUST BE satisfied in order to be a Head Coach and Assistant Coach:

1. Pass a mandatory background check 
2. Complete the Concussion Certification 
3. Attend the mandatory virtual coaches meeting
4. Attend all practices and games for the season

Coaching a youth sports team can be a tremendously rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to help young players learn the game of football in a fun and safe atmosphere. Additionally the bond created by a parent coaching their child is one that will be cherished and remembered for years to come. 

No prior coaching experience necessary - as an NFL FLAG coach, you will be given all the resources and support you need to help you succeed.
